Heller Redo Barroso is transactional practitioner specialized in oil & gas and the shipping and petroleum offshore industry. Atuou na Petrobras de 1970 a 1999, dentre várias funções gerenciais foi Superintendente Adjunto do Serviço de Material (7 anos) e Diretor da Petros (3 anos). Professor, criador e coordenador do MBA: Gestão de Negócios em Petróleo e Gás da Fundação Getúlio Vargas - FGV. EX-Professor-Adjunto da UNESA. Ex-Coordenador do Comitê de Infra-estrutura e Logística da ONIP e da Câmara de Petróleo do Movimento Espírito Santo em Ação. Membro da Comissão de E&P do IBP. Ex-vice-presidente da UCIEE e ex-membro do Comitê Brasileiro de Certificação. Atuou em 16 países estrangeiros. Cidadão Honorário de Lafayette-Louisiana-USA. Atualmente é Diretor Executivo da Associação Brasileira da Indústria de Máquinas e Equipamentos – ABIMAQ para o setor de Petróleo, Gás, Bioenergia e Petroquímica e membro de diversos comitês do Prominp.

Ingressou na Schlumberger em 1984 com engenheiro de campo, tendo exercido diversas funções gerenciais nos últimos 15 anos, em diferentes países. Atualmente ocupa o cargo de Diretor Executivo para a Schlumberger no Brasil.

FIRJAN´s System

Currently, occupy the position of Oil and Gas Manager in the FIRJAN´s System, as well as the Coordination of the Federal Government Program of PROMINP (Program of Mobilization of the Industry of Oil and Gas) representing the SENAI-RJ. Between March of 2005 and March of 2007, was the Executive Manager of the Unit SESI/SENAI of Macaé. Works in the FIRJAN´s System since September of 2000, when was invited to structuralize the area of Oil and Gas.

In the last 8 years was responsible for the development of innumerable projects, especially projects involving technology transfer from the United Kingdom to Brazil, transforming FIRJAN´s System and the Country in international references in offshore training for technicians, engineers, managers of offshore operation, among others (installed, today, in the CTS Euvaldo Lodi, in Benfica, Rio de Janeiro), which are:

1-Multi Purpose Maritime Simulator

2-The Process and Utilities Simulator

3-Training Center in Explosive Atmospheres

Worked for more than 20 years in PETROBRAS, occupying diverse managemental positions in the areas of E&P, Engineer and Central Office Administration. Also worked as a teacher in PETROBRAS and in others academics institutions.
